Welcome to the Effective Practices Team (EPT) tools and resource site. The EPT serves to help the NCIEC achieve its outcome targets and programmatic responsibilities through the identification and use of research-based, effective practices. Through the links on this site you can find out more about our team's mission and history or browse the tools and resources developed or supported by the team for evaluating interpretereducation programs. All of these tools are in the public domain, and were developed with funding from the U.S. Department of Education, RSA CFDA #84.160A and B, Training of Interpreters for Individuals who are Deaf and Individuals who are Deaf-Blind.
